Bootcamps are always challenging and fun. This program combines a variety of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Every workout is unique as we use different equipment including free weights, bands, ropes, kettlebells just to name a few. We often do partner exercises so it’s the perfect class to join with a friend! You will love the support and energy of this group.
