Sports Performance

The Dream Athletics Gym sports performance program is designed specifically for high school and junior high school athletes looking to enhance their physical abilities and excel in their respective sports.

Our comprehensive program focuses on strength training, agility drills, conditioning exercises, and personalized coaching to help athletes reach their peak performance levels. With a dedicated team of experienced trainers, we aim to empower young athletes with the skills, confidence, and discipline needed to succeed both on and off the field.


Bootcamps are always challenging and fun. This program combines a variety of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Every workout is unique as we use different equipment including free weights, bands, ropes, kettlebells just to name a few. We often do partner exercises so it’s the perfect class to join with a friend! You will love the support and energy of this group.
